Q.How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the Shopping Cart Icon. Next, Click "check out".You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

If you expect to purchase additional products from Nursery Kebun Bandar or to receive updates about our Gardening tips in the future, you may want to consider to tick “yes” to subscribe to newsletter while setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing.
Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it in the "Coupon Discount" field directly beneath the shipping information. Be sure to click on the "Apply to Order" button in order to have your savings calculated and applied to your order.
After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details. Payment method is through BillPlz. We only accepts online banking payment (Maybank2u, Cimbclicks, RHBNow,HongLeong Connect and many more). After your payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.

Q. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
A. To view the contents of your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of plants/items you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed .
Q. How do I add items to my cart?
A. To add a publication or other item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your desired shipping location. When you click the “Add to Cart” link, you will be brought to your "Shopping cart" page where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the “+” and “-“ box on the right side of the screen. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to Check Out
Q. How do I remove items from my cart?
A. First, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description.
Q. How can I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
A. If you have previously purchased products from us, then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system. If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “Log In” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password that you registered with us when you created the account. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by click on the "Request new password" tab. After your data has been verified, your account data will appear and you can either edit existing information or proceed with the checkout process.
Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. Please track your order with the link we provided in the email using your airway bill number. Please track your items everyday to avoid late deliveries. Nursery Kebun Bandar Uses Third Party Courier Servies to ship our items to our customers.
You will receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please Check Your Email Regularly to check your Tracking Number. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
Optionally, you can turn on "faceobok messenger update" or "SMS update" before you pay your items at the checkout. Your Shipment status will be updated to either your facebook messenger or your phone instead of Email.
Q.What are your shipping and handling rates?
A.We do not have shipping charges for our products but We do have handling surcharge for East Malaysia shipments.
Q. What if I need to change my delivery address delivery of my order?
A.Please write, e-mail, or phone our Customer Service department with your changes within 1 day after your order has been made. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your subscription. Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept Malaysia Online Banking (Maybank2U,Hongleong Connect, Cimb Clicks, RHB Now and many other local online banks). We also accepts Bank In through ATM machines. Please whatsapp 0127170768 if you wish to choose this option as your payment method. We do not have credit card payment method at current moment.

Q.Do you have matured trees/bigger trees/fruiting trees?
A.No we dont, our trees are all ranged at 1-3 feet, sometimes 4 feets.
Q.Who should i contact for my shipment status?
A.After we've sent your parcel to courier , we will send you an email(you must include your email when you check out) or sms(sometimes sms dont work well, please include email). You will have to monitor your shipment and contact the courier company for your shipment. We are NOT LIABLE for any damage/late shipments caused by the courier company.
Q. Do you do COD?
A.No, we dont.
